Apple is investigating to bring new devices to market. On this occasion, the company has patented a touchpad, called “virtual keyboard 108“, which adapts to each of the programs that are available in the iMac user.

As recorded by the patent itself, this new keyboard would be a multi-touch surface connected to the computer through a cable or wireless, that change shape depending on the program or application that users open on your computer.

The keyboard changes depending on the connected device

If, for example, open a text document, the new Apple keyboard would take the form of a conventional keyboard, but instead the user opens an application to create music and wants to play the piano, the “virtual keyboard 108″ would become a piano keyboard.

These changes would be through a series of modifications in the sense that we perceive with your fingers through vibrations by touching one of the “virtual keys.”

In the patent, Apple states this new keyboard can be applied to other devices on the company as the MacBook.
