Canon IXUS 300 HS

The latest model of Canon’s Ixus range features a bright target f / 2 and the new Canon HS System, both aimed at improving the performance of the camera in low light and avoid vibrated or noisy pictures.
Canon has added a new member to your family Ixus: the Ixus 300 HS with which premieres HS System, Which is designed to optimize their performance in low light conditions.
The HS System stems from the combination of a highly sensitive sensor and a Digic 4 image processor. According to the manufacturer this will reduce noise by up to 60 %. The maximum sensitivity the camera is available in ISO 3200, keeping the entire resolution of the camera, which is one step further than previous models and, therefore, attract twice as light. Also offers Low Light Mode, which reduces the resolution of the 10 originals up to 2.5 megapixels and can use sensitivities from ISO 125-6400.
Low Light Mode Using the camera can capture bursts at a rate of up to 6 photos per second , which increases up to 8.4 fps in High-Speed Burst mode (same resolution) , or reduced to 3.7 fps if you opt for full resolution.
The Ixus 300 HS stabilized mount a target equivalent to 28-105 mm (3.8 x ) than at its end with an interesting angular aperture f / 2, which also contribute to better photos in low light, while the telephoto widespread, maximum aperture down to f / 5,3 .
The camera is finished in plated steel or matte black cast, and has modes of operation manual and automatic, including automatic scene detection, and new ways of imitating a fish-eye or Smart Shutter, which allows the camera to shoot through smile or a wink.
We could not miss the video recording in high definition at 720p with a way of Video Mode to Super Slow Motion, which can record 240 frames per second (fps) so that when you play at 30 fps is achieved by reducing the frame rate to one eighth of the original.
